I’m Melita Jackson, the creative mind behind this website.

 

I am a believer in Christ and a student of God’s word. I am also a wife to a Pastor and man of God, Kenneth Jackson Jr., and we are walking into 23 years of marriage this year. We have 4 dynamic kids. 

 

My oldest and very handsome son, Kenneth Jackson III  is 21, followed by 3 beautiful daughters: Melaysia, who is 20, Meliyah, who's is 18, and our youngest, Melani, who is 13.

 

Divinely Becoming is the journey of spiritual growth—a reflection of God’s character woven into our daily lives. "Becoming" represents the refining process of sanctification, as God purifies us here on earth. "Divine" speaks to the very nature of our Heavenly Father, and as we grow in the knowledge of Him, His divine power transforms us and works through us.

 

Discipleship-based mentoring is a powerful way to lead by the example of Jesus' ministry on earth. Just as Jesus mentored His disciples, we are called to walk alongside others, guiding them in faith and living as He taught us. This mentoring helps us embody His teachings and demonstrates His love, grace, and wisdom.

To be divinely becoming is to show up in the world as a reflection of His presence—living, working, and engaging in a way that exhibits His qualities—while continually learning to distance ourselves from sin and corruption.

 

When I’m not mentoring or writing, you can find me with my family, alongside the hubby, on a brief walk or taking in some very-needed Jesus and Me time!
